It is official. The new Modern Monks beer is called Arctic Storm. The perfect beer to keep you going through the last blast of winter. 8.5% ABV will keep you warm. Don’t drink too much, though, because you’ll get drunk.

None of the brewers should quit there day jobs yet, but a beer that is certainly true to the Belgium style to which it was brewed in the center of Nebraska (so far away from Europe) is a fine complement to may of the fairs offered at the Bread and Cup. I also enjoyed it a little warmer than offered. Thanks Boys and keep up the good work!

Hey, two Steves. What do ya know? You guys ever see that old Kids in the Hall skit called “These are the Daves I know?” Funny.
Of course, Steve, we couldn’t quit our day jobs. We’d have to file for unemployment!
Cheers
