Modern Monks

One batch (7BBL) was brewed in the depths of Winter 2007. This strong (8,5% ABV) amber colored ale is smooth, malty and warming. A mixture of malts and sugars, and gentle hopping give this beer its character. Think of a Belgian abbey ale.
