Kolsch
A style native to Koln, Germany, our interpretation has a soft, clean palate that tastest slightly fruity with a touch of acidity. A freshly cooked white bread nose is noticeable.

Orange Wheat
A refreshingly fruity and crisp beer with a soft wheat character and a citrusy hop nose.  Bitter orange peel and coriander add a pleasant orange character and slight spiciness.

Alt Bier
A clean beer with a pleasant hop bitterness.  Slight biscuit, and caramel flavor with a low malt sweetness. A graininess and noble hop nose are apparent.

Robust Porter
Slight roast and chocolate notes, with hints of toffee in the flavor.  An earthy, woody, hope nose is noticeable.

 
Espresso Porter
This is the same beer as our regular porter only we spike it with shots of cold extracted espresso toddy from the local master Coffee roasters at Cultiva Coffee here in Lincoln.

Belgian IPA
A refreshingly crisp and dry beer with a firm hop bitterness and citrusy hop character.  Notes of light stone fruit are detectable thanks to the use of a Belgian Yeast strain.  Think Grapefruit!

Classic American Pilsner (CAP)
A true classic.  Our Classic American Pilsner or CAP uses a traditional grain bill to give you that grainy flavor and a slight corn sweetness indicative of the style with a bitterness to match.
